Everything was fine until my Kraken v4 Pro headset disconnected from the OLED box.
I’ve managed to get it re-paired by unplugging the OLED box and plugging it back in but now the Microphone has stopped working.
There is no light on the mic and when you press the button on the headset to turn the microphone on or off, nothing happens, not even the system message that says “Mic On Mic Off”
Its detected in Synapse and Windows and everything “Looks” fine except it doesn't work.

This worked for me.
Try connect the headset whit USB-cable directly to your computer.
Check your sound settings and chose “Razer kraken V4 PRO USB” for outgoing sound.
If the microphone works now.
Disconnect the cable.

Disconnect and reconnect the OLED box end restart your headset.
Start Razer Synaps 4.
Chose your headset and select mic.
Turn off and on the microphone and slide the bar to 100.
The problem recurred.
This time i just changed profiles, and it worked!
