Laptop Charging best Precise | Razer Insider

I have a Razer Blade 16 laptop. I know that the best practice is not to keep the laptop full for a long time; therefore, keeping it connected to AC all the time is not recommended, but my laptop comes with charging protection that stops the charging at 80%.

Also, it looks like the laptop doesn't draw energy from the battery when it is connected to the AC. Is that true?

My question is:
Should I keep the laptop connected to the AC as much as possible?

In this way, I will minimize the number of better cycles, and the battery level will never go above 80%
