Mamba TE Side Scroll Buttons not working | Razer Insider

Hi guys,



I've been using my Mamba for 5 years now with no issues and I've set the side scroll to move my screens left or right like scrolling with 3 fingers on a Mac and I am in fact using a Mac.



All of a sudden this function doesn't work anymore. When I set the buttons to do anything else, they work, but when I'd like to slide left or right nothing happens.



Any ideas how to fix that bug?

Did you try resetting the mouse via the Razer Synapse settings?

There is no working version of Synapse for MacOs unfortunately :slightly_sad:

Thanks for pointing that out. Did you test the mouse while plugged into a computer with Windows OS? Also, does the same behavior happens after uninstalling the Razer Synapse 2.0 from your computer with Mac OS?
