I purchased the Razer Nari Essential headset. They worked perfectly for the three months I've had and used them with no issues at all. Until yesterday during my gaming on the PS4, my mic stopped working, I experienced no issues listening to my teammates fine. But my teammates complained they couldn't hear me as well.



I have tried to a mic test on the computer, it seems to work fine and pick up my voice on the speaker. But still I am experiencing the same issue during gaming. I can hear my teammates fine, but no voice pick up on the mic during gaming?
