Microphone not working

Hello!



I recently bought the Razer Nari Essential wireless headset and the microphone is not working at all.

I tried to solve the problem through several possibilities but I did not succeed.

Can you guys help me?

Is the mic not working on specific applications, or is it not working in general? Do you mind sharing screenshots of how it appears on the Device Manager and Windows Sound Control Panel? In any case, please send me the serial number and a list of the troubleshooting steps you've taken. Let's go from there.
