I was given a gift card from a family member and neither of us were aware that the card could not be used everywhere else but that it could only be use on a site for gamers. Unless I did something wrong and am not aware of it. I wanted to check card for active and balance and I was unaware that the card balance would be sent to the account I thought I creating for the card. I now know that what I did was use the card to reload the account I had just set up. I don't "game" and I thought it was a normal gift card or prepaid card that coukd be used anywhere. I ther iis Amy way to be direct I the right direction where I can get the balance from the card back to card or on a different card so I can get my gifted money from my family member back it would greatly appreciated since I don't know that I will e er purchase anything from the gaming site.
