Hi,
I am aware that this concern should be raised to Support; I've already sent a support ticket to Razer. I asked my friend to buy diamonds here and Razer already acknowledged that the transaction pushed through via a receipt. It's been more than 12 hours since the transaction happened, and I've already restarted the game again and again to check if it will appear once the game refreshes.
I'd just like to ask if instances such as this is normal?
