So they served well, everything worked absolutely nothing bad, but since November of this year I installed windows 11 (from a USB flash drive) under a clean one, and after I installed synapse 2.21 they first saw them and that's it good, but after 1 restart, he did not see them, I thought what was the problem, deleted the drivers, installed them again, updated the firmware for the headphones, nothing helped, after that I read and synapse support up to win 10 and I decided to switch back to win 10 even so, when I installed, I pulled the headphones out of usb and installed synapse and then only connected the ears, but still 2 restarts and that's it, the headphones don't find what to do ???
I tried everything, everything and on all forums I read everything I tried!
I did not drop the headphones, the wire was laid neatly on the table and is not bent anywhere, etc. , in general, I treat things carefully!
