Hi do you guys have any update or solution on it I am facing the same issue.

My blade 14 also started doing this.  When it occurs power button does nothing, plug/unplug supply nothing, random mouse/key/etc all nothing.  It has no response.  It is almost like it got put into hibernation, but the keyboard/mouse/etc can’t get it to come out.  Green led on front may or may not be flashing.

However I did find something that fixes it - it is bizarre, but I’ve had this work repeatedly.  I lift the laptop about an inch or two off the table, and slam it down.  Everything pops back to life.  I’m suspecting bad solder joint somewhere, or intermittent cable connection internally, or some hardware device (maybe lid switch) that triggers and kicks it back awake. 

May also be some kind of bad firmware.  I mention firmware because another thing that seems to aggravate it and cause it to happen more is the Razer Axon software.  If the laptop is idling with Axon running, it may suddenly go into some kind of sleep state, and then it gets stuck (then slam, unstuck, I had this happen three times today with Axon running).  I exited Axon and so far no problem yet.

I haven’t yet opened the back lid to reseat the cables, but might do that also.
