Yikes! Sorry to hear about your monitor's concern while updating. Have you contacted our Support Team? Did you try plugging in the monitor to another USB port from your computer? Download and install the device detection troubleshooting tool on your computer by clicking this link and following its instructions. Should the issue persists, please gather your Synapse logs. Save the files via Google Drive or any online drive account, then paste the link in your PM. I'll be locking this thread to curb our conversation privately.
