Hi,

please someone help me before I smash these things up with a hammer! received yesterday thought they sounded like crap messed with the settings and they sound ok now (not as good as my Krakens) however the Haptic feedback does not work at all! I have it off then on 100 no difference reinstalled synapse 3 nothing different. Tried on a switch ,xbox one and a laptop no difference am I doing something wrong or are these just faulty?

Also these refuse to work wired..... I have to put the usb dongle in before they work the wire charges them but will not connect to say im getting frustrated is a understatement

Hello there! Can you share a screenshot of your settings in Synapse 3?

Just to clarify, you can use it as a wired headset by connecting it to the device using the 3.5mm cable.

Hi, thank you for the reply I forgot I had made this post. Weirdly after connecting my headset to my xbox for a second time the haptics started to work ….no idea why lol but now they are working great and im loving them:]
