Hello, ive recently bought the razer Kraken x usb headphones from cex and it did not come with an activation code for the 7.1 surround app is there any chance i can get one, i do have all the details of purchase.

Once you register RAZER product to your RAZER ID, you will receive a 7.1 SS activation code to the email address you have registered within a week.



If you have not received the activation code within a week, wait for one of the RAZER official support to be in contact with you through this thread.



Prepare the followings~~~



  • Name

  • S/N

  • P/N

  • Proof of purchase (legal receipt)

  • Email address &/or RAZER ID used for registering your RAZER product
