Hello. Recently I bought a keyboard from Takashimaya mall in singapore (Razer Deathstalker pro V2 Tenkeyless) I went for a holiday (4 days) after using it for 3 days but when I came back it was whack. Whenever on bluetooth mode and plugged into a charging port it would off and on by itself (Both RGB and Charging port light) I tried connecting the bluetooth to my device but failed many times because it was not appearing on the pair new devices part of bluetooth. 

 

When unplugged and on bluetooth mode it was unresponsive the RGB shut down completely as if the whole keyboard had run out of battery. I tried using Esc caps lock and space to reset the keyboard but only made the RGB of the bluetooth mode on. 
 

This next part is weird , When after using esc caps lock space I switched it off after i gave up trying to fix bluetooth However when in off mode the RGB was still ON same pattern as the bluetooth mode.

 

I then moved onto 2.4 GH dongle which i plugged into my device and worked! The RGB was also working perfectly when in 2.4 GH but bluetooth was a complete wreck. I spent about 2 hours or more searching up tutorials or reddit posts that may help me but none were what I was going through I eventually gave up trying to repair it and started looking to claim warrenty

 

After searching up on razer warrenty I was confused because i read the instructions in razer warrenty policy and was stuck at a road block as it told me i needed a RMA number to use the warrenty i looked all over the razer websites but could not find out how to obtain an RMA number  to exchange my keyboard for a new one therefore i turned to this, writing to razer support for help. 

 

If a razer employee is reading this PLEASE reply as soon as possible i am pulling out my hair because of this keyboard and dont want the $260 i spent to go down the drain. I need a RMA number so heres the information you need Wireless keyboard sModel No. RZ03 - 0437]
S/N:PM2231F67101967 

I need RMA number pls ;-; 

 

Oh and btw i also broke a small piece on of the part that keeps the 2.4 GH dongle in the keyboard another reason why I need a replacement. I heard i need valid confirmation i bought the keyboard and i have a receipt where do I send it?

Please don't be offended what do you mean by you need a ram number
