Neither Synapse 3 or the Synapse/Chroma will load

I recently purchased a Blackwidow V4 Pro and a Basilisk V3. I have installed (and uninstalled and re-installed) both the Synapse 3 and the new Beta Synapse/Chroma RGB software and cannot get either to get beyond the “Logging you in...” screen. I have tried running both the software and the installer ‘...as Administrator’. I have no other network/web site/internet connectivity issues. The keyboard and the mouse function perfectly, even the RGB’s are in sync, but I really want to use Synapse.
