Newest update ruined my synapse (like COUNTLESS others) and none of the fixes online work to fix that. I do not have my settings backed up.
Is it really that hard to push an update that fixes this? Comeone razer. We already pay overprice for the peripherals you provide, and furthermore we are FORCED to login with a razer id if we want to configure ANYTHING. Now we just have to choose wether we want to be able to configure with the cost of losing all settings, or not configure anything but keep the current configuration.
How do you push an update that ruins this many peoples installs, and claim the fix is to reinstall? Dont you test updates before pushing them?

Sorry for the mishap. What's the application's exact behavior when you've mentioned that the Razer Synapse is ruined? Have you contacted our Support Team? Allow me to initiate an investigation by sending me the following:
a. MSinfo logs.
b. Synapse 3.0 logs.
c. A screenshot/photo or video showing the issue.
