No 7.1 Surround Sound e-mail for Barracuda X | Razer Insider

I registered my Barracuda X headphones to my account in order to get a 7.1 surround code to activate the software. A few weeks have passed since then and I've got no e-mail containing the code. Can something be done?
Try using English US keyboard format

We have seen in the past where other English keyboards do not work.



If it has been more then a week, wait for one of the RAZER official support to be in contact with you through this thread.



Prepare the followings~~~



  • Name

  • S/N

  • P/N

  • Proof of purchase (legal receipt)

  • Email address &/or RAZER ID used for registering your RAZER product


Have you tried checking on your spam/junk files? The activation code for your headset might have strayed in there. But if there's nothing, please send me the following:
