On November 7th, I purchased and received the Razer Barracuda X headset. Once I installed the 7.1 surround sound software, it said I needed an activation code. It said that it came with my purchase or got sent via email after I registered it. Unfortunately, the code wasn´t in the box. I also registered to Razer ID, but haven´t received the code there either. What can I do from here? I would greatly appreciate the help.

Once you register RAZER product to your RAZER ID, you will receive a 7.1 SS activation code to the email address you have registered within a week.
If you have not received the activation code within a week, wait for one of the RAZER official support to be in contact with you through this thread.
