I have a RZ09-0301 with an additional RYTX 2070 Nvidia Card. Unfortunately, whilst the card is detected it doesn't seem to have ever worked. In addition any options to project simply don't work as no additional monitor is ever detected.



The Nvidia Card remains disabled with a 403 error in device manger. It can then be enabled but tools such as Nvidia Control Panel simply don't work. I have removed all NVIDIA drivers via safe mode - no luck. I have reinstalled Windows 10 several times - no luck. I have even installed Windows 11 but no luck.



The bios is at V1.04 which I believe is the latest. I have tried to use an additional monitor via Thunderbolt, USB-C and HDMI, however Windows will never detect any additional monitor, even though there is an audible detection when the cable connections are made.



Any help would be greatly appreciated, as my only deduction currently is a hardware issue.
