Ornata Chroma stopped syncing w/ my MacPro'13

I have a trashcan Mac (MacPro 2013). I bought the Ornata Chroma back in 2018. when i bought the keyboard, it synced with no trouble at all. The app recognized it, I had a custom color layout etc.
After some update it stopped syncing, then after some time it did again and then about a year ago it stopped working again. i uninstalled everything and reinstalled synapse but to no avail. Razor Synapse would no longer recognize the Keyboard - the Keyboard itself still functioned - my computer does recognize it and on a base level the keyboard works but Synapse tells me to insert a Razor product.
The keyboard is plugged in directly to the CPU. I am logged into my account.

Try the steps here. If that didn't help, PM me the serial number so I can validate the model of your keyboard and look for other workarounds to help you address the issue. I will lock this thread to curb our conversation privately.
