Im not recieving any OTP to my phone now when try i to change setting or topup, way back 2019-2020 i using this account and same registered number i still recieving OTP.

I'm sorry to hear you haven't received your OTP to your mobile number. One possible reason for this to happen could be that your mobile number is not activated, and your Razer ID email address is the default method to receive a one-time password.
