So I'm trying to set up my Tartarus v2 and I have registered it. However it doesn't seem like Synapse has recognized the device. When ever I try to use the Synapse program to create a profile to set up button etc the only thing that comes up is Register your Razor product (Which I did), Vistit Sore and View compatible devices. I'm confused.

Hey! It's odd that your Razer Tartarus V2 was not recognized by Razer Synapse. For now, ensure that you download the device-specific Razer Synapse version here. You may follow this guide to properly register your device to the Razer Synapse 3. Should the issue persists, I recommend that you perform a clean reinstallation of the application to see if it corrects the problem. If nothing changes, please gather Razer Synapse 3 logs and send them to me via PM to identify the culprit to this issue.
