Please help,
I bricked my Raiju ultimate because of a crash of the "RaijuUltimate_FirmwareUpdater_v1.06.00 r1.exe"
Now the controller is just able to stop some paper from flying around.
everey help is welcome

PM me the serial number so I can validate its model specification and forward your concern to the RMA Team for a replacement if necessary.
