I've recently aquired my lovely Blackshark V2 and it's awesome! Sound is great and everything is perfect... Expect the fact that i get a quite beep randomly, from what i can see it's suppose to indicate losing connection or low battery. When i hear the beep i go to check battery to see if that is the case, but as of now that has never been the problem, Razer Synapse is running in the background and the headset is keeping connection at the time of beep aswell.

Have you tried disabling Synapse and check if the beeping sound is still present? For now, try to perform a clean reinstallation of your Synapse by following the steps from this link. If that doesn't help, do send me the serial number of your device via PM. I can use it to verify its model and assist you accordingly.
