I just bought these about 1 week ago and it keeps beeping. I thought it was the battery and it wasn't unless Synapse is wrong about it. I tried to move the USB stick around into different type A ports but no luck. HELP.

Does the behavior happen while connecting to another computer? Also, is the battery fully charge when the issue is happening? Please update its firmware by clicking this link and see if it helps.
