hello a few months ago I bought the battle bundle, I registered the products but the blackshark v2 x did not bring a code for the 7.1 surround sound program. (using translator)

Have you checked the junk/spam folder in your email? Please send me the serial number of your headset via PM, together with the email address connected to your Razer ID. That way, I can verify its model and check if you are eligible for code generation.
