I purchased this keyboard from best buy on March 9, 2021. IT worked without any issues for a month or so before the S key began developing very routine issues with double, or even sometimes triple, typing. I stopped using it an procrasstinated in regardss to contacting you until now and for that I apologize.



This now happens so often, this keyboard is nearly unusable. I have searched for ways to resolve this on my own. I've found things suggestsing updating to the newest firmware, which I did with no resolution. I have carefully removed the keycap and cleaned the switch as best I posssibly could, again with no ressult. I'm actually going to stop correcting any of the instancess in this so you can ssee how often thiss iss occuring.



I don't know what elsse I can do on this keyboard other than to look for a replacement for it, ass I don't ssee any ssupport for swappable sswitches.



I'll be happy to provide any information you need or go through any tessts you would like. This is the most expenssive keyboard I've ever purchassed, and I really love everything about it other than this issue.
