Dear

I just bought Razer BlackWidow v3 Pro and Razer Viper Ultimate.

According to the Hyperspeed Wireles feature support list both devices support Hyperspeed and should be able to use multi-device pairing feature to share single dongle.

However when I try to initiate multi-device pairing it does NOT find the mouse.

I updated :

• Synapse to v3.0.1031.110912
• Keyboard and dongle Firmware to v3.02.01_r1
• Mouse and dongle Firmware to v1.06.00_r1

And yet, I can NOT pair mouse to keyboards dongle.

Any ideas ?
