Razer Blade 14 w/ Swollen Battery

Hi,

Not sure if this is the right avenue to raise a query but here goes:

I noticed that the lower part of the trackpad of my Razer Blade 14 is slightly bulging, for lack of a better term. I suspect that this might be due to a swollen battery given forum searches. I bought the unit in August 2021 and it might no longer be under warranty.

Are there any solutions to fix it? Would it be possible to have the laptop serviced in the Philippines and a new battery bought?

Any assistance you can extend will greatly appreciated.

Your laptop has a possible swollen battery. It is the reason why your trackpad is not working. Some users find them stiff or pushed upwards. By the way, where did you buy the laptop? If you are from the Philippines, you'll need to send your unit to our service center in Hong Kong. Please send me your Razer Blade 14's serial number via PM so I can check its eligibility to receive our out-of-warranty repair service. I’ll be locking this thread now to divert our conversation privately.
