I've had my Blade a little over a year now and never had issues until now. It's been a while since I cleaned it and I decided to clean it today. I use rubbing alcohol and cotton to clean the dirt from the keycaps. Never had an issue with that either, until now. The laptop's keyboard works partially. CAPS LOCK, C, B, comma key, K and L are some examples of those not working. I've already tried reinstalling drivers in case it was just a software issue. I removed the keycaps to check if something was wrong with it. Didn't see anything wrong by eyesight and I just cleaned a little of debris and still won't work. What can I do to make them work again?

Hey there! Sorry to hear about your laptop's concern. It seems like a hardware issue. Razer does not encourage detach/dismantle part from a Razer Blade as it needs an authorized personnel to take a look at machine. Please send me a PM together with the laptop's serial number. Let's continue from there.
