Razer Blade Stealth 2019 won't POST or boot at all.

When plugged into AC Power, the Power LED is solid red. Will not do anything when the power button is pressed. No screen backlight, no keyboard backlight, only the red Power LED stays on.

When on battery power, the Power LED is off, but turns red when the power button is pressed. As soon as I release the power button, the light turns off. Power LED stays on as long as the button is pressed, but nothing else happens.

I have held the power button for 60 seconds both with and without AC Power. Power LED stays red when on AC, turns on and stays red for as long as the button is pressed when on battery.

Opened the bottom cover and disconnected the internal battery, pressed and held down power button for 60 seconds. No change in behavior when connected back to AC Power.

Disconnected the CMOS Battery and the internal battery, pressed and held down power button for 60 seconds. No change in behavior when connected back to AC Power.

When plugged into my USB-C Dock, the same behavior is exhibited, but the dock does recognize that something has been plugged in and the monitor stops giving the No Signal message.

Not sure what's going on. Seems like it might be completely toast, but I may be missing something.
