Hi,



I have no idea why my laptop starts to have this 'no battery present' icon in the corner. I removed the battery and put it back, found the laptop can detect the battery life and back to normal again. But after few days especially if you keep charging the device, it will eventually start to show 'no battery present' again. This is very annoying, I have to re-install the battery again and again and again... even if I swap another original razer battery, it will still show 'no battery present' if you keep charging the device.



So the problem here is I can still use the device like normal with/without power adaptor but without knowing the battery life of this device. Since I tried swapping the batteries, I guess there is a problem with the motherboard (some kinds of discharging electric problem)

I'm having the same issue. My laptop is at 10% and wont charge at all. I tweeted at support and they took 3+ days to troubleshoot with me via DMs (because of their slow response) and eventually told me my ticket will be escalated to the systems department. I explained to whoever, that it was finals week and I need a computer and they completely ignored my message. I called support, and because of the holiday they weren't open. I emailed and tried to do the tech chat before the tweet and nothing, all were unavailable. I have finals and no computer and Razer is doing absolutely nothing to help.
