Razer Core eGPU lagging

I just set up my razer core egpu with an NVIDIA RTX 2070 and it connects to my laptop just fine. It can detect the card and run apps on it. The issue is, the apps that run on it are extremely laggy. Apps running on my integrated UHD 620 run fine, but the apps that appear in the NVIDIA control center meaning the apps that the GPU is running are very very laggy. What should I do?

Please list all the apps that you've tested so far. I'd appreciate it if you can share screenshots of the tests and the configurations. For now, you will want to check if the laptop fully supports Thunderbolt 3 and if eGPU is plugged in the port that supports it. You will also want to check test the connection using another cable. If the problem persists, please send me the model of the laptop and the serial number of the eGPU.
