Just took the mouse out the box. Installed it how the manual states. But when it begins to connect to Razer Synapse, the install gets stuck, pretty much paused, and does not install the device to Synapse. I can’t access the DPI or the Polling Rate. Anyone know a fix? I’ve already uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers, reinstalled synapse 3, but still no fix.

Here’s a picture. When I try to connect with the wireless dongle, the device disappears and does not show up again, until i plug it back in with the USB C.
