so i was watch youtube then my headphone randomly disconnected and when i tried to replug it nothing happend but a pop up said Usb device not recognized so i searched how to fix it but no guide helped me but before that like 2 -3 hours ago i had another problem called conexant usb audio i got the firmware update so everything was working perfectly but after 3-2 hours everything went wrong i tried using another usb ports nothing happend i tried a ps4 nothing happend and i really don't know what to do now
