Razer Headset disconnects and connects , is it software or hardware problem


Hello

i have Razer Headset , Model Kraken 7.1 Chroma ... it was working properly for two and half a year until this month i got a problem with this headset ; i was playing a video game and there was music open on back ground suddenly whole sound got cut off (game and Music) and when it connected back sound raised so badly while my ears were close to blow up and after 1 second it fixed again ... after 2 weeks problem got worse ; the headset's voice goes off for almost 30 seconds.

now i want to know whether its a hardware or software issue ?
if its hardware issue is it possible to repair ?

i've also bought Razer Mouse and keyboard beside the headset
i really thought razer builds tough stuffs ... but the headset makes me think i was thinking wrong
but to be honest mouse is perfect.

Yes i sometimes do get that message

Then this is highly likely a hardware issue. Please send me a PM with the serial number of your headset so I can check the warranty status and go from there.

Hard to tell at this point but do try to check if the issue has something to do with the cable. Also, are you getting a notification from Windows that a device has been unplugged when the headset gets disconnected?
