Razer Kraken 7.1 Left Ear Killed Itself All of A Sudden | Razer Insider
Skip to main content
Hiya,

Yeah long story short, the other night I had a shower and came back to put my headphones on. After about 20 minutes of watching a video I realised that the left ear would stop working unless I moved the wire every one in a while, I tried to fix the issue/get the wire in a good place so it would work all the time.

Is there a way I could fix or troubleshoot this?

Or are my headphones just dead connection-wise?

Thanks.

Does the issue happen while connecting the headset to another computer or USB port? It seems like the device has a hardware issue. Was there any incident that could have triggered this behavior? By the way, Razer is not repairing peripherals which include the headset. If your headset is still within its warranty period, please contact your reseller and have it replaced.
