Every time I use these headphones they freeze/cut off audio and then my computer entirely freezes as well. I’ve uninstalled the apps and reinstalled them, I updated my drivers. Not sure what the problem is

Try turning your headsets lighting to 50% or off worked for me pretty sure it's a voltage issue with the headset but yeah I play at 50% no disconnects and reconnects.
