I just bought the razer viper ultimate but when using synapse it doesn't detect the charging base, I already tried everything but I can't find a solution, someone who could solve this problem?

DId you’ve connected the cable all way in to the dock? It goes really deep inside, so be sure, it’s properly connected (the cable “casing” is not on the par with the dock casing).
if even if the mouse can be loaded, the problem is that I can't configure the dock in synpase
my mice s written in china at the back i dont know if its original and i cant modify it in razer synapse
