Razer Naga Pro lagging out / disconnecting | Razer Insider

Hello there.

I've bought my Gaming Mouse a few weeks ago, everything went fine until yesterday, my mouse started lagging out, disappearing on the Razer Synapse app, it seems my mouse is working fine when Synapse isn't turned on.

It appears at randoms intervals and lasts for random durations too, i tried updating the firmwares of the naga pro but the problem was still there.
The problem seems to be coming from Synapse. I highly suggest performing the steps on how to do a clean reinstallation from this page. Don't hesitate to send me a message if you need further assistance.
