Razer Nari - No sound

Hello,

recently I got a Razer Nari headset, I've followed the manual book to set up the headset on windows 10, you can check the picture here. Now the problem is I don't hear anything when its set like this but sound works fine when I set Razer Nari chat as default device but if its set to this option then the EQ doesn't work more as clearly this is not the option for listening music.

so whats the solution now?
Try to remove all razer softwere from your pc then go to appdata and programfiles folders and delete files that can stay after uninstall. Open windows device menager and remove the headset from your device list unplug headset cable/dongle and reboot pc. When windows boot download new freash installer for synapse and install it when fish plug headset and wait windows will install new driver when it will be done reboot pc one more time and cheack if the issue is still.

Thanks 😃 tried it but it didn't work, but finally managed to solve the problem

the problem was with recent windows regular update, just rolled back to previous update & its working perfect now 😃
