I have a razer nari ultimate, and today suddenly the wireless usb dongle stopped working properly. Sometimes the headset randomly disconnects and then reconnects after a few seconds, this happens about once a minute. I have tried everything I could think of, Rebooting multiple times, un-/reinstalling synapse, factory-reset headset, using different computers with both windows and linux installed, removing the device from device manager and reinitializing it. Nothing fixed it. Has anyone else had this issue or is my dongle faulty?
