Razer Nommo Chroma not working | Razer Insider
Skip to main content
My speakers (Razer Nommo Chroma) have recently stopped working. While the lights are still on, and Windows (and Synapse 3) still detects them, there is no sound coming from my speakers. They are connected via USB. When adjusted to maximum volume, a static sound can be heard.

While I have tried troubleshooting and connecting the USB to my spare laptop, the speakers would still not produce any sound. However, when using the 3.5mm, the speakers would work (albeit with accompanying static sounds).

Any advice would be appreciated, please help!
Have you tried disabling Synapse to check if it yields the same issue without it in the background? For now, try to reinstall your device driver by following these steps:

-Press Windows + S on your keyboard to open the Search bar.

-Type in “Device Manager” and hit Enter.

-Go to Audio Inputs and Outputs.

-Right-click on your device and select Uninstall device.

-To completely uninstall the drivers, restart your computer.

The drivers are automatically installed on your computer after a restart. Should the issue persists, PM me the serial number of your device. I can use it to look into other possible solutions.
