This morning when I woke up, my phone was off. After turning it on, it said "Dolby Atmos keeps stopping". Going through previously posted messages, I've already factory reset my phone. Audio, and in consequence Dolby Atmos, is still not working. How can I fix this?

Yikes! Does the issue happen while on speaker and when a headset is paired or plugged in? Also, does the behavior happen across all apps and while taking calls? I tried my Bluetooth headphones. They didn't work. When I called my phone, it got the phone call, but after I accepted the call, the screen froze for a few moments before saying "System UI isn't responding." After selecting the close app button, the entire screen went dark. I assume the phone crashed, because after holding the power button, it turned back on. On Spotify, when I press play, it shows that the song is playing but no sound comes out. On Youtube and Reddit, any videos I try to load get stuck on loading screens before even starting to play. I purchased my phone more than two years ago, so it is no longer covered by the warranty.
