Hello!

I recently got a Razer Raptor 27 and I haven't been able to get detected in synapse 3.



I've tried to repair the app and also look for some drivers that I may have missed



I've seen the website say that you can link all of your razer products with synapse but the monitor is the only thing that doesn't show up. This app has never been a problem but i cant seem to get it to show up



any suggestions?

Uninstall Synapse software.

Use this tool: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj to remove all Razer drivers from OS.

Optionally you can use CCleaner to cleanup your PC & registry.

After this steps, reboot PC, install Synapse again.

I did the first option and it didn't seem to work. everything else shows up again but not the monitor.

all the colors sync except the monitor atm

Did you try updating its firmware? If you haven't, please click this link. Otherwise, gather your computer's MSinfo and Synapse logs. Save the files via Google Drive or any online drive account, then paste the link in your PM. I’ll be locking this thread now to divert our conversation privately.
