Razer Seiren not working on new computer

I have had this mic for a few years and it was working great, and still does on my old computer. One day I decided I needed to upgrade my motherboard and cpu, the mobo has only usb 3 and 3.1 ports on it and my mic doesn't work at all on it. I plug it into my old mobo and it works, but only when plugged into the USB 2 ports directly on the motherboard. The new computer recognizes something has been plugged in, but it says Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed)
