I have a razer Naga v2 pro Wirless mouse. I got that from amazon.In India. There are some switches issue so i submit my ticket in acroma care and send my Mouse with box for warranty claim Than they tell me that they can't see my mouse serial number because its faded. So they asked me to get razer approval for this claim. How can I got that. There is no Razer Customer Care Number for India. Can Any body guid me about this.
