As the title says, razer told me that a prepaid label was going to be sended to me for rma dhipping of my blade laptop. 2 weeks that I e-mail customer support and not even one answer. 2k+ laptop, do I have to keep it with all the problems it has?

I hope so. How could I do? Razer is taking time hoping I forget/warranty expires. Very bad experience, is any razer staff member here?
