so i updated my synapse and i've been looking at this logging you in screen for about 2 hours and it wont let me in.

I have exactly the same problem. After today's update I can not log in, it is stuck on "Logging you in..."
i'm not even getting that... the app opens to a black screen with no options, just the razer name on the upper left. no chroma. It just started after I updated tonight.
No way to connect after the yesterday update, nothing works. All razer devices are useless, Is there some fixes to come? It's really annoying when all the gaming options aren't functionals.

Me too uninstalling and fresh reinstaling nothing works. Really disappointing and no way to fully use allt the multifonctional optional of naga mouse who became a big shitty 2 buttons mouse, useless for extreme gaming.
Using Razer since years but really disapointed by this new update. Please FIX or let us know and we just change gaming devices provider.
