Razer Synapse Equalizer not working

So a couple of months ago I bought the Razer Blackshark V2 Pro wireless headphones. And with it, I downloaded Razer Synapse to see what I could change with it. Ever since then, the equalizer for the sound and the microphone have been working fine.

But I had a technical problem with my PC that required me to fresh install windows and wipe my SSD. Therefore I lost all the setting and drivers I had. After I reinstalled everything to where they were, I realized that the equalizers didn't work. I installed the Realtek Audio driver thinking that my change something but it didn't accomplish anything.

I can tell its not Synapse's fault since I can change the mic volume and monitor it from within Synapse. I also reinstalled both, Realtek Audio driver and Synapse multiple time without any change. I searched on Reddit and on google for answer but nothing fixed my issue.

What is the culprit of my issues and what other problem could cause the equalizers to not work properly?

Thanks

Hey sharpTropicalViolet445 and bestDarkYellowportal141! Have you tried repairing the Razer Synapse? If you haven't, please follow the steps from this link. Also, try updating your computer's Window .NET Framework and see if it helps.
