Hi, I just bought a Razer Basilisk Ultimate 1 day ago and upon installing Synapse 3, it fails to detect my mouse.



My computer is able to register my mouse whereby upon plugging it in directly via the cable, the mouse works. Even when I just plug in the dongle itself, the mouse works too. However, Synapse can't seem to detect it.



I've uninstalled and reinstalled Synapse countless times but to no avail.



I've run the diagnostic tool to detect the issue but also to no avail.



I've uninstalled the razer mouse driver under device management and allowing windows to reinstall it automatically but Synapse still can't detect my mouse while Windows can detect it.



I've even tried Synapse 2.0 but it too can't detect my mouse.



I'm at a lost for options already as all the online suggestions for fixes I've tried but to no avail.



Will anyone be able to help me?
